WalterB Online contains my recent writings, say what I posted in the last year or so. Older works are moved to the CES Journal for archival purposes (see links in the right-hand box). After archiving, the titles originally listed here will eventually be removed from this index. I do not write or maintain this site on any regular basis. Because of my health problems, posting and archiving happen when I am able, so this site is a happening thing. I have no idea of what or when I'll post here. I am disinclined to write about horses already well beaten in my books, GSQ and ESC. I and you will have to see how things evolve here. What I do post is thought out and edited several times. Sometimes I ask for "outside" opinions before posting an article to this website. It can take weeks or months to complete an article. I often have afterthoughts about what I've written, so I re-read posted articles and make corrections or addendums. I have not posted notices of correction, but may do so at a future date. If I believe an article has serious problems, I pull it. If I change my mind about something, I usually write another article saying so. I hope the foregoing practices will fairly represent my work and its evolution.
